Program Description: 
This week's program presented Jatra: 'ahollyar ghum bhangchhey' - a popular folk-theatre form that originated in Bengal in the 15th century and spread throughout most of Bengali speaking areas of the Indian subcontinent. The play is centred on social issues prevalent in the sub-continent in early nineteenth century. It was written and directed by Sunil Chowdhury and performed by the Bharoti Opera. This week's program was produced and presented by Ehsan Ullah.
